This policy explains how Denson Homefit Solutions ("we", "us" or "our") uses the information you give us when you book a free home demonstration, request our Home Comfort Guide, or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. We've kept it as clear and short as we can.

Denson Homefit Solutions is a family business supplying adjustable beds and rise and recline chairs through free home demonstrations. We are responsible for the personal information you give us. Our full company details are being finalised and will be published here once confirmed.

When you book a home demonstration or request our Home Comfort Guide, we ask for:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your postcode (so we can confirm we cover your area)
• The product you are interested in
• How you would prefer us to contact you (phone, WhatsApp or email) and your preferred appointment time, when booking
• Anything else you choose to tell us in the optional message box

If you call, email or message us, we will also keep a record of that conversation so we can help you. We do not ask for medical information — please don't include health details in your message unless you want us to know them.

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and contact you about it
• Arrange your free home demonstration
• Send you the Home Comfort Guide you asked for
• Supply, deliver and install products if you decide to buy
• Answer questions you have after your purchase

We will contact you by phone, email or — if you ask us to, or message us first — WhatsApp, about your enquiry. Making an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing. We will only send marketing messages if you have separately agreed to receive them.

• Legitimate interests / steps before a contract: to respond to the enquiry you made and arrange a demonstration you asked for

Information you submit through our website is stored securely with our website and hosting provider, and an alert is sent to our business email so our team can respond. Only people who need it to help you can access it.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where needed to provide our service — for example with the companies that host our website and email — or where the law requires us to.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, supply any products you buy and meet our legal obligations. After that it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time (see below).

• Object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it

Our website does not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
