House Manager
Most Retirement Living developments have their own House Manager to manage the day-to-day running of the development and to be on hand during office hours.
For us to provide excellent customers service and for us to build the bridges within the developments, we need to first build the relationship with the one person who knows and understands the people living there.
We realise the House Manager is also on hand to help organise social events and activities that you can choose to be part of. From book clubs and coffee mornings, every development is different.
For this reason we invite the House Manager to partake in constructive feedback on how they felt for the events held with ourselves and their owners/residents at their social gatherings.
Concluding their impression of the entire process from the booking, to the event itself through to how the owners/residents felt about their experience becoming a customer of ours and the processes involved.
Premium Delivery & Installation
Our high standards of design and craftsmanship are supported by a premium delivery and installation service. On the day of the delivery, our team unloads the furniture, places all pieces in a room of your choice and removes the old furniture from the property. We will also assemble the piece onsite and/or check for access prior to delivery.
